Our medical clinic was founded on our fallen hero, Dr. Carlos F. Vallejo who fought on the frontlines of COVID-19 and gave his life for his patients. Our mission is to carry on his legacy and treat our patients with the utmost quality treatment and care.

Internal Medicine

Our Internist and Nurse Practitioner treat patients 18 years and up to help with any medical need.

Offered Wednesdays and Thursdays

10am-5pm

Botox and Dermal filler

Our Internist and Nurse Practitioner treat patients 18 years and up to help with any medical need.

A FREE consultation is offered by our Nurse specialized in Botox, Dermal Filler and cosmetics. The free consultation is followed by an appointment with a treatment personally geared to each patient.
